ABOUT NEW ENGLAND BORDER COLLIE RESCUE
New England Border Collie Rescue, Inc. (NEBCR) is a group of volunteers working to find homes for stray, abandoned or unwanted Border Collies.
Their coverage area includes Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, as well as Eastern New York and Northern New Jersey.
Because NEBCR is a volunteer-based organization, they depend on caring individuals to help. Fortunately, there there are ways everyday people can make a difference in the lives of animals.
