ABOUT SIRIUS DOG ADOPTIONS

Sirius Dog Adoptions in Kansas City, Missouri says they have been rescuing dogs, particularly Labs and Dalmatians, for over 30 years. They share that all dogs they rescue are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, wormed, heartworm checked, housebroken and crate trained, and even taught some basic manners before they are placed into homes.

They also share that they specialize in placing blind dogs and helping dogs with parvo.

Stormy, pictured right, is one of Sirius Dog Adoptions' dogs. He is up to date with routine shots, house trained and neutered.

They specify that they would greatly appreciate the following:

• food - since they have some dogs with allergies, they would like some high quality lamb and rice food
