Dean Duet, founder of Zodiac Dog, shares: “Two years ago as I was learning more about my own zodiac sign, I realized that our pets have their own zodiac signs too! As each of these signs represents its own unique characteristics, I understood our pets have their own distinct personalities as well. As with my own five animals (three dogs and two cats), I recognized their own distinct traits and qualities and mannerisms. That’s when I came up with the idea for Zodiac Dog. I thought, 'Wow, that would be a fun way to celebrate our pets' personalities.' Clothing and accessories for our fur kids was born!'”

And so far, the company is thriving at local events in the Los Angeles area, as well as in their online store. Locally, Zodiac Dog visits events at dog parks and other spots where dog lovers gather. Online, they offer everything from leashes and collars to bandanas, shirts and more.

Zodiac Dog is clearly a dog friendly company due to the items they sell, and the fact that they appreciate dogs' individuality. But they go beyond the call of duty. Their company website shares that they donate a portion of proceeds to to the Agape Animal Sanctuary, a nonprofit organization caring for abandoned and neglected animals.
